Senior Property Manager Maloney Properties, Inc. is looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Property Manager to oversee a complex property in the Boston area.  There are four aspects to the property – a hotel, several floors of commercial space, affordable apartments and SRO’s, and market apartments.   The selected candidate will have full responsibility for all phases of property management for the properties under their supervision to insure that the properties are managed in the most effective, efficient and economical manner, consistent with the Company’s policies and directives. In addition to experience with the overall property operations and staff supervision, the successful candidates will have experience with marketing, leasing, budgets, maintenance programs, personnel policy, record-keeping and reporting systems, and insuring compliance with various regulatory agencies including; HUD and compliance with the LIHTC program.  Experience must include exceptional customer service skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and computer skills with MS Office.  Yardi experience is a plus. Must be willing and able to learn new fields of property management.
